Terms and Conditions
- The vehicles are fully insured, free of charge, in the event of damages to third parties.
- The lessee is responsible for all damages to the vehicles, unless it is proved by Police report that he was not in the wrongdoing.
- The lessee is responsible for paying: fuel, parking fees, and all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
- In case of any accident, mechanical breakdown, or fire, the lessee must immediately inform the company of the exact location of the vehicle.
- The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition as they received it, and at the same location. Failure to return the vehicle at the agreed time and date will result in a surcharge of 5€ per hour.
- The lessee is obliged to compensate the company in the event of the vehicle being stolen, or any parts/accessories thereof being removed.
- It is strictly forbidden to lend the vehicle to third parties who are not explicitly mentioned and authorized in the rental contract.
- The Company holds no responsibility for any personal accidents or injuries caused by the negligence of the lessee and/or the passenger. Money is non-refundable.
- Driving off-road (dirt roads, beaches, or rocky paths) with the vehicles is strictly prohibited. Damage to the underside of the car or tires due to off-roading is not covered by insurance.
- The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as provided at the start of the rental; no refunds are given for excess fuel.
- Transporting the vehicle off the island of Zakynthos via ferry is not allowed without prior written authorization from the company.
